Castell Gastrobar - Petaling Jaya

Castell Gastrobar has been a home for many of our parents generation and tradition has been passed down. Most of what I had was pretty good, with some exceptions here and there. Nevertheless, I really did enjoy the dishes served.

Castell Gastrobar is one of the longest serving steakhouse in Malaysia. It has been operating since 3 decades ago and had just recently underwent a change of management. Most of its recipe and dishes still remains the same, and of course additional new items have been added. Castell Gastrobar isn't located at the most convenient of places, but it is seemingly easy to direct. <br/

I have a tasty steak here that I love here. Start with a fresh design of Carlsberg, end with a glass of whisky. They also served wine. Easy to find parking here. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, on the upper floor is a bar.

Good place to fix your Steak desire! The rib was tender and the fat melts in the mouth. Onion rings were crispy and beautiful. The best I ever had.

Really great food. Better shares and value for money than colliseum pj imo. Had the hainanesian chicken stable. Carbonara and tbone medium rare.
