Brasserie Des Chateaux - Pessac

The staff were friendly and the food wasn't bad. The place was clean and I wouldn't hesitate to drop in again when passing.

One of the local wineries recommended this restaurant for lunch. It just happened to be the first day they opened this November. The restaurant is located in downtown Pessac on a somewhat busy corner. Inside they have an upscale white table cloth restaurant. There were lots of people eating lunch and the food looked appetizing. We decided to have drinks outside in there terrace area. They had a fine selection of local wines and we tried many. We had a meat and cheese plate that was generous and quite good. The service was good and the wait staff very happy to serve. It was a very enjoyable time. We think this restaurant will be a good addition to the area. We wish it much success.

Pleasant atmosphere with terrace, good traditional cuisine at reasonable prices. friendly welcome. good wine map and of course beers at pressure.

Damage the outside makes you want to go home, but in front of the plate everything changes and a poor duck parmenter with a low-end salad and a vinaigrette more than insipid and absent (to 19 euros anyway!) the hamburger for children to 11 euros cold and without sauce (for once worse than in mac donald) finally the whole thing misses cruelly spicy and seasoning.
