Gloria Jean's Coffees Peshawar

Clean and tasty food. Well mannered professional staff. Beautiful terrace with air cooler facility.

Food was okay and service can be improved even better. The table we chose to sit was damaged and was like a dancing table so we'd to change with other one. Since there were only 5/6 customers sitting inside the cafe so air conditioners were switched off to save electricity due to which atmosphere didn't allow us to sit for a long time for business discussion. Also the brownie we were served was not as much of good taste as of other Gloria Jean's shops.

The food and coffee is alright but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Quite often in the summer they didn't turn the AC on due to which me and my friends would have to leave. The bakery is an on/off affair. The food is decent.

I dined in this restaurant this week with my friend. We were asked to order, however, most of the dishes on the menu were unavailable. And when we did get our food, it was bland. One top on that, the waiter serving us was mannerless. He slammed the plates on the table so loud that it got me startled. There was also a loud voice coming from somewhere near by which was pretty annoying. The AC system also seemed defaulted, the interior was deteriorating. Furthermore, the prices were ridiculously high as compared to other restaurants. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Other side of the picture.... A substandard environment and service that could have negative impact on the international brand. I was told multiple times that the manager is taking rest (1 pm to 2:30 pm) when I wanted to talk to him. My concerns can be seen in attached pictures.
