Spice Hut Pizzeria E Kebabish Di Mahmood Asad

We was looking forward to our meal here after a very busy day sight seeing in Venice. My wife had looked at the menu previously and had already picked the Baked Lasagna. On arrival we were greeted and taken to our table. Shortly after our order was taken and all was well. The trouble started when very quickly our food arrived (within 5 mins or order taken) and my wife felt her Lasagna to the point of sticking her finger in the middle and showing it was stone cold! the young waiter looked horrified and returned it to the kitchen. I had ordered steak and rather than send that back it being re-heated and ruined I had to eat alone. The Lasagna was obviously re-microwaved and this time it came back hot enough for my wife to eat. I never thought we 'd get microwaved 'Baked Lasagna ' in Italy and then it wasn 't even heated up correctly !!!. The attitude of the senior members of the team then was to be blunt 'awful ' and made us feel so unwelcome. We never 'kicked off ' or shouted about the service, just ate our food, very quickly drank our carafe of wine and paid the bill. The worst experience of our holiday and extremely poor standards. Your only as good as your last meal and if this is the standard of your re-heated food then it won 't be long before you don 't have customers to abuse...........

First impression: nice interior and lovely view, but staff not super. After tasting the stale bread good bread otherwise a staple in Italy! , we should have left. Alas, the train had left the station and there was no turning back on this runaway meal. A salad which seemed opened from a bag at 7-11. Pasta dish with salmon and spaghetti ragu ready in five minutes ! . No wine list offered. All in all, a disappointing affair.

Stavo mangiando una pizza di famiglia questa sera, non è la prima volta che vengo a questo ristorante, forse purtroppo vorrei attribuire al tempo di punta, un po 'di confusione, il giorno speciale di festa ma la pizza non mi ha soddisfatto come le altre volte, un po 'freddo e non ben cucinato. Mi dispiace tanto.

Dopo la delusione dell'ultima volta siamo tornati con gli amici per una cena abbiamo notato ottima organizzazione per l'ingresso con i tavoli di distanziamento di pass verde forse un po' inaffidabile ma accettabile cibo buon prezzo nel normale solo neo un po' freddo la veranda forse un paio di funghi riscaldati in più

La location è stupenda: il lago di fronte! Il personale è molto gentile ed il servizio è impeccabile. Il menù è vario e aggiornato. Domenica scorsa a pranzo abbiamo mangiato delle meravigliose tagliatelle al sugo di lepre! L'attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari è eccezionale. Una cotoletta senza glutine deliziosa! Croccante e profumata! Torneremo, come sempre!
