Visited Pescara in August for a week and visited this place 4 times. Nice food and tastes fresh. Came Pescara again last week and ate here a few times. There is a girl who works their with glasses didn't get her name but always welcoming and is able to speak English as my Italian is not very good. Slices up the toast which me and my partner like. I walk past this place in the morning to the beach and see her working and then at night when I was walking back. I hope management recognises her hard work :

There is a variety of things that can create your toast. Prosciutto, avocado, mozzarella, tuna... all ingredients are fresh and delicious. Plus is that it's open till late hours but minus is that you cannot pay by card so prepare cash.
