Sunday lunch menu €20, antipasti and 2 courses wine and water inc, unless they forgot to charge me! The fettucini starter was quite nice, I enjoyed it although there was far too much. The main course was Arrosto Mistp, a huge plateful of meat accompanied by a nice simple salad. Absolutely no finesse, just lots of meat. They like mutton here in Abruzzo, I am not so keen. There was a good sausage and a couple of thin lamb chops to be found under the mountain of mutton. A carnivore’s delight, I could only eat about a third of it. Chef comes to chat with everyone, friendly service and a free grappa. Nice restaurant, and they try hard to please.
