Were at a friend's birthday party. I liked the beer and the cuisine, which cannot be said about the service staff. For a very long time we were served a beer tower, then we ourselves took empty towers to them and ordered new ones, we waited 40 minutes for a burger. We had a girl in a company who did not drink alcohol, she ordered tea, then when she drank it was asked to add boiling water to the kettle, in the end, they forgot about us. And when they were reminded, they said that only new tea could be poured. All beer mugs are broken and chipped. Waitresses passing by did not take away dirty dishes, they had to shout them constantly and stop to clean the table. They absolutely did not monitor the cleanliness of the tables. Nobody brought clean napkins either. The toilet also left a negative impression, it was dirty, it stinks, and the water was also turned off, I couldn't even wash my hands. I ask the management to somehow influence the above problems. Были на праздновании дня рождения у друга. Пиво и кухня понравились,чего не скажешь об обслуживающем персонале. Очень долго нам подавали пивную башню,потом мы уже сами относили им пустые башни и заказывали новые,бургер ждали 40 минут. Была у нас девушка в компании которая не пила спиртное,она заказала чай,потом когда она его выпила попросили долить в чайник кипяток,в итоге не доли и забыли про нас.А когда напомнили,сказали что только новый чай могут налить. Все пивные кружки битые,со сколами. Мимо проходящие официантки не забирают грязную посуду,приходилось их кричать постоянно и останавливать чтобы стол прибрали.Совершенно не следят за чистотой на столах.Салфеток чистых тоже никто не принес. Туалет оставил тоже негативное впечатление,грязно,воняет,ещё и воду отключили,даже руки не помыть. Прошу руководство как то повлиять на вышеперечисленные проблемы.

I was in this facility twice. the first time they brought a very long dish while there were 2 tables. the food is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. Today we sit for the second time, we went 1 times into the damen' room, for the second time to smoke while we leave our dings, so the waiters don't worry. as a result the waiter comes up and says: pay the bill, otherwise they often go out. is that normal? There is no desire to come here.

I recommend this facility! a birthday in a bar with a group of 12 people celebrated the staff very polite and customer oriented. the prices are moderate, beer and appetizers are delicious, especially thanks to the waiter, well made! this is one of the best restaurants in our city.

Great, soulful place. But the waiters' service is poor. We came to the restaurant among the first and when ordering dishes, the waiter recommended ordering everything at once, because then it will not work! They took it for a joke, in the middle of the evening, when the bar was 100% full, the waiters ran around as if they were running, and if it was still possible to order, then wait for something ... it was unrealistic.
