Pegaso - PERUGIA

Cucina eccellente, servizio cordiale, atmosfera tranquilla. L'antipasto DELICATEZZE CALDE è squisito, tutto fatto in casa, e i dessert sono deliziosi (la sfoglia di mele è fantastica!). La pizza è la migliore di Perugia!

Grande albergo, peccato che il ristorante sia chiuso.

The food at Restaurant Pegaso was above our expectations. The pizzas are very tasty with dough base that is made to chefs special recipe. The pasta dishes we had were fab, I had the spaghetti with truffle and pecorino which was delicious! My husband had pasta with ham and pomadora tomatoes, also very tasty. Dessert of semifreddo with honey and pine nuts was also delicious! The restaurant is large and spacious, lacking a little in ambience but the food makes up for that.
