South Side B&k - Peru

We drove down from northern Indiana to try this place and East End. We waited 25 minutes for three Spanish cheese dogs, one root beer, and one root beer float. When our order finally arrived, it was incorrect; they had added and charged us for onions. Instead of just refunding the extra charge, the staff member asked if we wanted her to get our money back. Our total wait time was 35 minutes, and when we inquired about why it took longer than other customers, she simply said she didn’t know since she doesn’t work in the kitchen. We won’t be returning this year.

Love the drive in car service. Has plenty of additional picnic table seating. Food is always fantastic. Rootbeer in ice cold mugs is the best! All of the staff are super friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.Food: 5/5

Every time we visit, we always receive excellent service and rarely have to wait long. Even when it gets busy and there's a bit of a wait, we enjoy our time chatting with whoever is in the car with us. It's always a great experience! And the food is fantastic as well!

I had a very disappointing experience at B&K. The service was extremely poor. They seem to value their ketchup more than anything else, as they only allow one cup per order, no matter how many people are ordering fries. Instead of providing more ketchup, they just toss you packets and leave you to manage. I encountered an older woman in the kitchen who clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I won’t be coming back here again. I even offered to pay for extra ketchup, but they refused!
