Riverfront Grill - Peru

About half of the way back home from the Quad Cities why decided to grab some lunch. Riverfront came up on the google search. It?s not too far from the highway. For an appetizer we went with the fried pickles. We weren?t expecting spears so that was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely delicious. My wife got the chicken bacon ranch wrap. I went with a pork tenderloin sandwich. We both choose the garlic Parmesan fries for a side. My wife enjoyed the wrap. Mine was good.

We were traveling through Peru and found this place. Was a very cool place. Destiny was our waitress and she was awesome. Very nice. The food was amazing. She recommended the itial sandwich. It was awesome. The chicken tender were great. The onion rings were great and the salads. Would definitely recommend and come back. Thanks Destiny. ????

Horrible service. I was very disappointed. The servers had tables everywhere and could barely keep up. The food is greasy.

Passing through and am so glad I stopped in. It was off the beaten path but worth the time. The Horseshoe Burger is a gem on the menu. beer cheese, bacon bits and fries blanketing an open face 1/2 lb burger on Texas toast. Go. Eat. Drink. You're Welcome!

After discovering this place a year and a half ago, it quickly went to one of my three favorite places to eat and recommend to friends... until my last visit. The management and cook staff must have changed because it was the worst food experience I 've had here. It was either undercooked or burnt or just plain wrong. Nothing seemed fresh, it was either frozen prepackaged or sat under a heat lamp. For almost $50 for two (no alcohol), we were Very disappointed. The best part of the evening was the wait staff, very friendly and attentive. It went from my top three to 'I will not be going back any time soon ' in one hour.
