Contribuiți la feedbackSometimes you can get a sweet person and they will make the best coffee, but then you get the one girl and her attitude is salty, her service skills stink, and her coffee is horrible. Your known for your workers. Have a terrible worker, you end upwith terrible reviews. But I'm giving 3 stars because they aren't all that bad. Just the girl I seem to always get, so I'vestarted going to Starbucks.
Alright so my favorite drink from Dunkin is a frozen coffee. I?ve ordered it several times in the past. The past 3 times I?ve ordered one I have received a frozen chocolate, I asked for a pumpkin spice frozen coffee. Somehow wound up with a frozenchocolate. Second time, they gave me something that was not frozen, tasted like pure syrup, it was literally not edible. Threwit away. Today, I ordered a ?large vanilla frozen coffee.? What I received was a vanilla bean coolata. Frozen coffees, frozenchocolates, and coolatas are 3 different menu items. Like a latte, cappuccino, and macchiato are all different things. Pleasetrain your employees on your menu items because they seem to just be making whatever they want.
Ordered online. Got notice order is ready. Drive to store and was told "we don 't have any online orders '. 20 minutes later after arguing with 4 people and shoeing my phone receipt, I finally got my order. Horrible experience. It was an employee 's birthdayand I obviously interrupted the party. Sickening
Many times I have waited in tbr drive thru for 5-10 minutes even though I am the only customer. Coffee is good, but the service here is the worst. If you're able to Ottawa is much better than this one.
Drive thru isn?t much worse than other locations. Inside is unwelcoming to say the least, dirty looks from the workers for bringing your business there. And don?t bother to order ahead, they won?t even look at the order until you go in and ask themto. ?Sorry for the wait? or at least ?have a good day? are standard practice for any food chain, but don?t expect as much here.
