Five stars don't fully capture the essence of The Old Manse. It truly feels like a slice of heaven, with exquisite amenities, exceptional service, and opulent rooms. The friendly staff foster a relaxing ambiance amidst the stunning decor. The food is simply divine! Each dish is beautifully presented, and the chef's passion is evident. We left Scotland filled with emotion, reluctant to leave this wonderful establishment, and we will certainly be back. Anne, we are in awe of all that you have created—your service is truly stellar!

This is the most picturesque hotel I've ever experienced. The staff are exceptional. We were greeted by the general manager, Andy, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The owners were also very hands-on; Archie blended in seamlessly with the team. I didn’t catch the name of the young woman who served dinner alongside Andy, but she was lovely and took excellent care of us. The food was extraordinary and sourced locally, which was wonderful to see. Sustainability was evident throughout the property, from the glass water bottles to the refillable toiletries. The rooms and common areas were tastefully decorated and felt very upscale. Breakfast is important to us, and I was impressed by the extensive selection given the size of the property. The senior gentleman overseeing breakfast truly brightened our mornings; he was cheerful and friendly, which spoke volumes about the team. The only minor issue we encountered was upon our arrival when we pressed the bell as instructed, and a staff member at a nearby table simply shrugged. However, this did not dampen our experience, and everything only improved from there. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Scotland and will recommend it to all our friends. Well done!

As summer comes to a close and I prepare to return to my teaching duties, I must take a moment to share that this has truly been the best summer yet. The highlight for my family and me was our trip to Scotland with some of our closest friends. Our stay at The Old Manse of Blair made our Scotland experience exceptionally memorable. The accommodations were both comfortable and welcoming. The drawing room served as a perfect gathering spot for families, featuring a cozy fire and soft, comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all our family’s needs were met. The meals were exquisite, beautifully presented, and utterly delicious. The grounds were stunning, conveniently located near various walking paths leading to the falls and Blair Castle. This trip felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you, Anne and Archie, for providing such an unforgettable experience that my family will cherish forever.

I only stayed one night, but wish I stayed longer... the grounds are beautiful, the room was comfortable and very well furnished/designed, plus the icing on the cake was the human-touch and service... Both owner Anna and Manager Emma chatted to me about all things Scottish and really made me feel comfortable and at home in this gem of a hotel in a superb location. I will 100% be staying here again and look forward to introducing others to The Old Manse!

What a fantastic venue and amazing rooms with top staff. We stayed in the bothy with my daughter and it was just divine. Andi and his team, particularly Emma and Brian on breakfast were just fantastic from start to finish. Food is to die for! Can’t rate highly enough. Can’t wait to come back.
