The manager was arrogant and rude, insisting that we be considerate of other guests and keep quiet after a colleague received a service award. The manager failed to recognize that his actions only upset the largest group in the restaurant and ruined our evening. The set menu looked promising, but the food was disappointing. The barramundi had a rubbery texture, and we waited a long time for our dishes to be served. We were not given the option to order any side dishes to accompany our meals. Overall, we did not feel welcomed or appreciated as guests. We will not be returning to this restaurant and suggest others spend their money elsewhere.
This place was once great! the location is perfect and the food and the service was also great. but that has changed. the service was the second tariff. we came to a dirty table (also sticky) and asked them to clean the surface got a 'they look serious' from the waiter. the next orders came after we finished the net. the abortion was the worst abortion that I still had, how gum tasted! and the management showed no interest in understanding how it cuts a 'oh good' attitude. a shame. Previously it was a great place!
The world’s smallest ploughmans lunch and the worst quinoa salad next to no grains, a chunk of kale, loads of onion and a slab of crumbed chicken. Both very unpleasant and overly expensive for what it was! Forget the Reveley head over to...The Island instead; they have a beautiful cheese platter!
First time here, sunny day, window table, prompt service, yummy pate for starters, steak for lunch( little tough for medium/rare). Wait staff attentive and helpful. Will be back to try their other dining options.
I recently went to The Reveley with my partner after a Captain Cook Gourmet Cruise. We were with a group of middle-aged friends when a bearded bouncer abruptly asked us to leave, despite us peacefully enjoying drinks. When I tried to reason with him about an incident involving a broken glass, he threatened to remove me from the premises. This lack of customer service was disappointing, especially in such a lovely setting. The owner should address their staff's behavior to improve the overall experience for patrons. I also requested to speak with the manager, who claimed to be in charge but seemed unprofessional. This was a truly terrible experience.
