The Painted Bird Bar & Kitchen - Perth

Service was friendly and the venue has good ambiance. The food is tasty with classic mod aus dishes available. The bird tasting plate was something you could probably whip up yourself if you have a decent local deli. I'd probably give it another go given the first visit was more impressive than the last.

Excellent food and excellent service. Great overall vibe. We had the chicken breast with polenta & the pork belly, both cooked to perfection.

Never been so unimpressed! We pre-booked a table because we had a hour lunch break. We had to wait 50 minutes for the food which tasted bad and the chips were over cooked. All they offered was free drinks and a small discount. This place is a waste of time.

Valentine's day dinner! I loved the ambience and it was so romantic:) the staff were absolutely lovely but the service was a bit slow. 8$ for a small piece of bruschetta seemed a bit too steep. The quinoa and chickpea salad was great. I would encourage the management to add more veggie options on their menu!

This place was okay- I mean the food was edible and some parts actually tasted good. I just thought it was overpriced for the food we were offered. The service was also really slow and we waited quite a while for our food. The turkish bread & dips were okay- the turkish bread was nicely toasted and the dips were yum :) Just a tad overpriced!! The pork belly wasn't crispy at all and not tender either :(
