Mcdonald's - Perth

Mama and I thought here was a simple coffee, we ordered immediately in caffe, which was not a problem, but it was impossible to find a clean area to sit. there were müll and eat on each table and bins were overcrowded. we complained to the whale of a manager who asked the only girl (skinny) who served a long line of customers to walk and clean the place and then the manager went laughing with like 5 other obese staff while the customers waited to be served. this poor girl cleanses all the tables, floor and picks up mull. it's terrible!

20 minutes wait to say that we have sent out their order, we are too busy. I asked for reimbursement and even that was hard work for them. the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

That was so stale that I couldn't even halve. Cheese toastie was rock hard I could hardly chew, bananenbrot was not fresh. mcstale!

Sloppy service received diet koks wrong by the drive through. While I am here, I add that the restaurant is often very restless/dirty and the toilets are always locked, which means that they have to wait another long to get someone the attention to unlock the door that is likely against Australian consumer right to limit their access. the toilets are also unclean. with the amount they charge for this, they would think they could use enough personal.

All orders go to drive thru! No meal and waited twenty minutes at counter !
