Kim Chee House - Perth

I can't stand seeing all the buzz this place gets. If you're looking for top-notch service, go to a hotel, not a neighborhood restaurant. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the food was amazing. Give the delicious boggi a try, you won't be disappointed!

It was a moderately busy evening at the restaurant, but we didn't receive table water until I had to ask for it at the end. Unfortunately, my friend's main dish (Fritten Huhn) had expired at 7:30 a.m. and the communication from the staff was extremely poor. We were initially told that the Huhn had run out, but nobody came back to take further orders. We had to actively seek out the staff to place our order. Additionally, we noticed that other customers were being served and receiving their food before us. To add insult to injury, a cockroach ran across our table, which was quite bothersome. When we finally went to pay, we were ignored at the counter in favor of Asian customers who arrived after us and were served before us. Overall, it felt like there was a lot of rushing and disorganization that evening.

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor! There were only three waiters who appeared uninterested in serving or accommodating. Our orders arrived very late, and my daughter's order never came at all! I was still charged for her bowl of rice, even though it never arrived and she had asked all three waiters to bring it. After waiting for over an hour, we had to cancel our order and leave. This was a very disappointing experience. It seems that this is no longer Kim Chee restaurant, but now Gogi restaurant - I am not sure if they have new management.

About two visits we have experienced great service and amazing eating. kimchi pancake was delicious. Sizzling dishes are quite big.

We called in here because we could not park where we wanted to go. It looked interesting and I am always up for Korean food. I will go back. We were the only non oriental patrons. It looks popular. The food was fresh and of...reasonable quality. Some of the beef was a bit tough. The vegetables were really good. The service was ok if a bit slow. I cannot judge authenticity but it all seemed good to me. Cheap too.
