Ishiyama Japanese Dining - Perth

After finishing training at the nearby Canterbury Ice Rink, three of us wanted dinner before our long drives home. We decided to take a chance on this small restaurant as the menu looked appealing and there were Japanese diners inside. It turned out to be a great find! The menu was clear and easy to use, with big color pictures throughout. Ordering was made easy with the ipad mounted at our table. Despite it being a busy Saturday night with many tables filled, the service was very quick. As regular Japanese diners, we were extremely satisfied with the delicious flavors, generous portions, and beautiful presentation of our meals. The nice Japanese decor and artwork added to the overall experience.

The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The prices are reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

My family of four arrived for dinner after 8 pm. We loved the food! The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the service. We all had a great time at dinner.

The place is conveniently located near Campsie train station and is close to the following bus stops: 410, 420, 420N 490, 492. The ordering system is interesting as you order on an Ipad screen so there is very little interaction with the staff there. The restaurant environment is very warm and cosy. It is a small restaurant but you won't feel crammed or squished. The food is decent but in my opinion, it wouldn't be what I would define as very authentic Japanese food. The price for the food is also a bit above average considering what you are paying for and the portion sizes are not that big either. The place does accept card, however there is a surcharge applied so I highly recommend bringing cash with you when you visit this place.

We Love this resturant. It has recently upgraded to larger premises and have modernised the ordering to digital. We come here as a family and as a couple the food has always been great. We Love the Sashimi , Salmon Lovers and Tempura. It can get very busy so best to reserve a table if you don't want to wait. Pricing is very reasonable
