Grilled To the Mac - Perth

After I saw it sold out several times, I tried the mac and three cheeses with pulled pork. it was not as cheesy as I expected, but it was still good, and allowed me to taste the black and makkaroni without being exaggerated by cheese. service is good.

Tried the rueben, full of all dingen amazing. fixing meat and cheese is perfection. we ate one and then went back for another. compliments to the food truck cook! very friendly team.

Yuuuum! I had the mac n cheese roasted sandwich on the inglewood markets night. tasteful, but needed a note more seasonal. I loved the concept, mac n cheese on a roasted sandwich two of my favorite things in a delicious dinner!

The yellow mac of the trailer was one of the most dangerous food lkw grilled on the mac. grilled on the mac was a hybrid between grilled sandwiches and mac n cheese. it was just 2 minutes to walk from our car and I went before him to decide whether I can fit another meal in my mouth. I went to theke and still thought to get the cubanos or just a simple mac n cheese. I finished ordering a bowl mac n cheese (with truffle oil and broth crumbs) for $8. it was intense when the bowl was flooded with cheese and the middle part was pretty gooey. the makkaroni was not too soft and it was a good comfortable eating to end the night in inglewood Monday markets.

This big yellow beast serves up some authentic Cubanos, Reuben’s, grilled cheese, and yep Mac and Cheese! Being enamoured with Cubanos we couldn’t help ourselves and went for one as well as a bowl of good ol mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was bright and had a cheesy pull. There was a bit of texture and crunch through the crumb at the top and a touch of onion. The macaroni was quite soft, a bit of a pet peeve of ours but considering we got one of the last bowls available it’s not really surprising.
