Carmen's Cafe - Perth

This is my favorite place when I am at the eastern end of the cbd. good value with customized fresh, large portion sizes and friendly staff. I love the combination fried rice for about $11. also the chicken and cattle cows are good. they also offer free Chinese tee. I recommend this place when they are in the opposite.

Luv luv luv! must have beef kuay teow. deliciously cooked eating made for ordering and good service. highly recommended!

Food, free service and foundation!. I thought the coffee was good when I tried. I found that eating freshly prepared and good value at some point a bit longer because it is busy during the lunchtime, but that is worth waiting.

Carmens Cafe is a perfectly pleasant albeit standard Asian dinner; they offer cooked breakfast and have some prepared hot food - though I would recommend
