We’ve just experienced an outstanding Christmas Lunch at the Salutation. The Hotel and Restaurant are full of character with beautiful decorations and furnishing. The staff are extremely friendly and professional the food is outstanding and represents excellent value. This is definitely a must try restaurant. Keep up the great work and standards hoping to be back soon,

Last sunday of every month 3 till 6 live folk music hosted by the Leveneers. The mix this week included Chris Sesar and Gill Halliday and Erin Scott, the bar was packed the beer served swiftly and the burgers met with everyone's approval....Thanks

My wife and I recently moved to Kinross and have been trying out different restaurants in town. Last Sunday (19 March 2017), we had dinner at the Crannog Restaurant located in the Salutation Hotel. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with charming pictures of old Kinross hanging on the walls, making it a lovely place to enjoy a meal. Since it was still the off-season, the restaurant was quiet and they had a limited Sunday menu available. I had the roast beef while my wife had the pork belly, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the overall dining experience. The service was excellent and friendly. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend that readers give this restaurant a try.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. We were warmly welcomed and highly recommend this place. We will definitely return, as it is also an ideal place to stay overnight.
