I would like to extend my gratitude to all the staff at the 6000 Acre Coffee Shop in the international airport for their excellent service and warm smiles. A special thanks to Srijana for making the amazing Crazy Coffee with salted caramel and whipped cream on top. I had a fantastic experience with the young Nepalese server (I can't recall her name). Even though she was clearly overworked and constantly busy dealing with a large number of demanding taxi drivers, she always had a smile on her face and was happy to chat with me. The food was good, but the service and coffee were even better.

I came out of the plane after a day full of travels and wanted to pick me up for a bit. the half of the menu was not available and we found it only after we tried to order it, and then, when we ordered and paid, they did not end with the pineapple for our pizza. coffee we said would be brought to the table, and instead we have a Maccas style large cap scream.

The customer service at this location is extremely disappointing. I recommend providing training for the female employee who was working on February 8th at 6:30 PM.

I paid $6 for a terrible, burnt long black coffee. I wouldn't recommend it.
