The restaurant is always fast, even when they are busy. The service is very efficient and the staff is friendly.

Just stop by get some coffee and use the washroom. Standard McDonald's stuff. Nice location to stop between Ottawa and Peterborough.

The restaurant has very clean and professional staff, but they lack hospitality skills typical of international students.

Service at this location was horrible. We stopped by for a coffee. I smiled at the waitress and ordered two coffees; the waitress had no smile, no greetings during ordering and waiting time, which was fine to me , but she shouldn't smash the coffees on the counter.
