Give us a non-smoking room with a king-size bed without reservation! Win us a ground floor space that we could see that our truck and trailer pierce the window and a socket outside to plug in or complain to our freezer without any questions! The friendly staff on arrival were clean and clean and the beds were comfortable. Don't expect much more for the price. No five-star hotel, but a five-star rating for a two-star hotel. Breakfast was as expected for this level of the hotel. I'm gonna stay here again when in the area.

While on the way home on a trip, I used TripAdvisor to choose this hotel as it lists a heated pool and hot tub. Fellow TripAdvisor reviews were generally good and I appreciate the comments to make a final decision about an overnight stay. This hotel was basically clean and well maintained, although it has time decor, not a big problem for me. There were small items you noticed that deteriorating with the use. The bed was solid, but comfortable. Pillow nice and soft, bedding sufficient, but I would have enjoyed a comforter instead of the light ceiling. The AC/Heat unit was a bit loud and for us the evening was cooler so the heat only went a few times, but woke us when it did. Breakfast was simple with a minimal selection. but I appreciate hotels that offer. What, bring me to my TITLE, Deceptive Listing. There is no heated pool or hot tub in this hotel. I turned to the reception and showed him the TripAdvisor Listing with the amenities. Instead of confirming the error, I was told that they had tried to correct this problem, but, accused TripAdvisor not to follow. Really? No appology, no acceptance of errors, no I definately will follow through to get this corrected, or how can I help speed up your visit due to this problem, nothing, but the apology. Customers NO Service here, and in my head complete missing the amenities provided by this facility. However, friends TripAdvisor followers, I contacted TripAdvisor and they responded immediately and corrected this list so that other travelers are properly informed. As a customer, I rely on correct information to be listed for a service or product and find it very irresponsibly part of any company if they do not receive this information. Very bad presentation Super 8. It does not say much about your character of trustworthiness for the customer.

Trash in the room. Dirty bathtub. You could write your name so thick on the edges of the carpet. Even if the room was so dirty, they asked you to leave a TIP for the house personnel. No!

We've stayed at the Super 8 twice, a year apart, and both times had an excellent experience. Comfortable beds, and the whole property was exceptionally clean. I don't know if other Super 8s are typically up to this level of quality, but the Perryville location is great.
