Just ordered the new Chicken bacon ranch online on my way back from morrilton. When I got there still waited 18 minutes for order. The sandwich was a big disappointment, raw uncooked bacon and very messy.

I ordered two sandwiches, one with double meat and one without. Unfortunately, the meat on both sandwiches was barely noticeable and the bread was extremely hard. I paid $14 for the double meat and cheese sub, but it was no different from the regular sub I ordered. I have had several problems with this specific franchise in the past.

Don't eat that much since they discontinued the original club sandwich that was my favorite should offer veteran's discount

I have updated my review because the issue was resolved. The meatless sandwiches were replaced tonight and the order was perfect. I usually don't write negative reviews, but this is the second bad experience in a row. I didn't say anything after the last one. Tonight, we ordered two footlong sandwiches and two pasta dishes totaling over $20. When we got home, both footlong sandwiches were missing meat, only containing lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Additionally, I requested extra parmesan and Alfredo with the pasta dishes, but did not receive either. I can understand one bad experience, but two in a row is unacceptable.
