Tokyo Express - Perrysburg

I am giving this restaurant two stars because I believe they were lazy in preparing the dish correctly. The sushi rice was not authentic, as they used regular boiled rice instead. I ordered the ramen chicken, expecting a dish with dark chicken breast cut in long strips as shown in the picture. However, what I received was hibachi chicken and hibachi veggies, not at all resembling ramen. The dish was overly peppery and lacked flavor. If they cannot make authentic ramen, they should rename it to hibachi chicken soup instead.

I highly recommend Tokyo Express. The food is fresh and flavorful. The Early Roll and Chicken Teriyaki are popular choices for kids. Personally, I love the Shrimp Tempura Roll. I appreciate the option to customize your sushi.

Quick and delicious comfort food!We ended up grabbing dinner here when we found out that our original destination was closed.I was impressed with the variety of options here for both meat eaters and vegetarians alike- lots of sushi rolls, noodles and soup. Everything is very affordable and delicious. The serving sizes were generous and everything was seasoned well.Don’t underestimate this small restaurant.. their dishes and rolls are better and cheaper than some of the more upscale places.

Great food but horrible customer service. Even after terrible service I still tipped and told them thank you before I left and they said nothing back. Very rude !!
