Taco Bell - Perrysburg

If there’s ever a mistake with my order, they are quick to rectify it. I encourage everyone to communicate respectfully about any issues with their orders; at the end of the day, it’s just food! It’s not a life-or-death situation, and treating people well usually leads to kindness in return. I recognize that working in customer service can be tough, especially with how people can behave nowadays. But seeing a smiling face at the window after a long day, especially after midnight, really makes a difference. I have never encountered any problems at this location. Regarding the comments about orders not being correct, I wouldn’t fault them at all; I’d rather give them the opportunity to fix any mistakes. I've noticed the same staff member during my last three visits, and while I haven’t tried a lot from the menu, they all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Tonight, there was another gentleman who was obviously having a great time, sharing smiles and laughs. It’s clear they do their jobs well, and I hope their management recognizes the hard work they put in—it can’t be easy!

The food at Taco Bell was great; we enjoyed a delicious Crunchwrap and a very soft taco. However, it was a bit inconvenient that Taco Bell only accepted cash and didn't take card payments. Who doesn't love Taco Bell, though?

Every time I visit this restaurant, I'm always delighted. The service is incredibly fast and friendly, the food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. Keep up the fantastic work!

I love the employees here absolutely, 2 of them stand out and unfortunately I don't know their names, but I am sure if u have been here, you both will know from the buyers, great, fun amazing personalities.
