Beyond Awesome. Just now in Perry, GA I had a terrific experience. I can’t say enough positive about Felecia. She offered excellent helpful service like I cannot recall. She provided great menu help and suggestion. I plan on returning even sooner because of Felecia and have already told a handful of people about her and will tell much more.Furthermore, from a managerial perspective, Felecia’s lead and collaboration with her team were evident and exemplar.I am serious, look up my encounter on video, this could be commercial-ad ready!Sometimes we customers get mad about our experience and want to call and complain only to calm down and forget about our rant. Today I was sincerely thrilled and impressed about my experience I could not wait to get home and share the praise.Please let Felecia know she was greatly appreciated by a customer. I will be back soon and ask her about it.I am a current high school teacher, previous retail manager, and brand new fan of Taco Bell’s Felecia.

Me and my mother went here for a quick lunch we walked in and the lady was super nice my mother ordered a salad and I ordered a cravings box. We got our food in less than 2 minutes I was very surprised how quick they got the food out. But before we did get the food I was wondering why she had not handed me my cup that came with my box. My mother then looked at the receipt and she noticed that it said it was a cravings pack and it was 12 dollars, and it came with 4 burritos and 4 tacos. We were very disappointed with the mistake however we decided to save the extra food for later. I then went back up to the cashier and tried to give her a ten for a small drink but she then said no and handed me a small cup. I was very pleased with the service here. Thank you employees at this taco bell. ? ? ?

Consistently the worst Taco Bell in the area. If you use the drive through, never leave the window before verifying your order accuracy.Do not expect friendly, fast, or costumer oriented service. Expect disappointment.

Before you lose faith in tacobell pls try this location first. Ms LaSanya made me feel welcomed and wanted. The food came out looking just like the menu which was a shocker alone. This will be the only tacobell I eat at from now on. I wish they made every tacobell follow the standard this location has set!
