I had traditional baked spinach, a traditional dessert with orange/other fruits/sugar and (very big! glass of red wine. The food was delicious! Best i've had in Albania. Also the price is really good. The lady was very friendly and cheerful. She has a cute cat, that she clearly loves a lot and takes good care of.
