Forget those touristy fake restaurants around, this is the real deal: all cooked truly exquisitely from veggies and fruits from the garden, meat is house cured and prepared fantastically. Strong traditions to give memorable moments of joy! And you feel respect for the product from this cuisine. And location is great too old castle filled with seriously talented artworks with panoramic views on the valley.
A few years ago, then fade once. schneider, stayed here. was a great time. excellent eaten, very nice room. large wine selection. accommodation suitable for beautiful trips, for example in the val sugana or to verona.
Interesting medieval castle, only unfortunately not completely accessible from hotel.
