Contribuiți la feedbackUpdate May 2022: Name changed from Manimez to Vegetannis. There is also another vegetarian restaurant a few blocks away called Monimez (not a mistake). Nothing changed here except the name. The meal of the day currently costs 13,500 pesos. Today's meal included cream of onion soup, a glass of juice, a tiny dessert and the main plate containing a salad, coconut rice, baked eggplant with melted cheese on top and a cauliflower croquette. There is also the possibility to add part of chicken or fish to your food for an additional cost. Apart from the cheese melted on the eggplant, there was almost no protein throughout the meal. It was very delicious. As mentioned below, pay first at the cashier and then take your input to the counter. Update 2018: Some of the best veggie food in the city. 9.000 Pesos from November 2018. Truly earned 5 stars, but can only give 4 because they serve fish. Great servings of delicious food. The food here was pretty good the day I left. The current price for lunch of the day is 7200 Pesos (June 2014). Double this if you want the meal of the day, plus a part of the fish. This place is not 100% vegetarian, but only about 20% of customers seemed to order the optional fish. I went on a Saturday afternoon and the place was full. You go to the counter and pay first, they give you a number, and then they deliver the food to your table (which seemed about 15 minutes a day I went). But it was worth waiting. The plate lacked color, and it would have been nice to have some dark green vegetables to balance things. The dining room is very pleasant. This place is overall a cut above the rest and only a little more expensive. Updated by previous review on 2018 11 03
Good enough for lunch. And interestingly, they sell packaged veggie sausages, burgers, cheese, etc., so this is a plus!

This place is big and popular busy is almost always a good sign. the beans were very tasty especially for the bandeja paisa and the rice was brown (yy was the best part that it filled but not sticky as the usual bp. the only outflow was the salat the usual iceberg salad, but it was abundant with a light oil-based dressing. the restaurant is located in the second floor, and the signage visible on the street refers to the connected natural goods shop and bakery (beautiful care products, chalk, clips). all baked items are made with full flour with pan de bono, pan con arequipe, dinner rolls and croissants. and the staff is beautiful! I'm going back. (lunch price was 6,600 pesos from september 28, 2012
