The Hungry Loon Cafe - Pequot Lakes

Every time we travel up north, we make sure to have breakfast at this place. The coffee is strong, the food is delicious and satisfying, and the service is always friendly.

Everything was fantastic! The atmosphere is charming and cozy, and both the food and service were excellent! We visited the day before Thanksgiving, and they graciously stayed open for us despite preparing for an early closing. I had a turkey and Swiss panini with cranberry sauce, and it was moist and flavorful. They even made it with gluten-free bread! While the potato salad may not have looked like much, its flavor was unique and delicious. I can't wait to return here with my friends!

The sandwiches here are excellent, and they also offer delicious soup. It's a great place to stop by. Just a heads up: I was informed that they will be closed from February 3, 2019, until early April, so it’s best to check in advance.

Service was great, Food was decent, Black coffee needs improvement.

Love the lunch menu, Hungarian mushroom soup is the best, great service friendly staff.
