Here is the real shovel Rumberger has THE BEST DRY RUB in the area for wings. I stopped at lunch, not knowing what to expect and was greeted with a full selection of decisions. I chose her dry rub and my father chose her mild sauce. Then we waited (not long can I add). Within minutes we received our baskets of 10 wings a piece including celery and free homemade ranches. The wings were cooked for perfection, and I mean PERFECTION. Crisp and slightly crisp on the outside, while juicy on the inside. The dry rub was excellent and tasted like a herbal cross between sea salt chips honey loaded green. The ranch deserves its own review. Her original ranch is not only homemade, but also sweet. This ranch does not rest overwhelmingly from the hotter menu items. We also got a special ranch we were told was created by chance with the Tanners sauce. If you can imagine that your best friend Buffalo Chicken diving, that was that. We received excellent service and attention. Fantastic wings and diversity. Rumbergers HAS TO compete in the Peoria Wingfest next year.

The food was the best I have eaten, I will never eat wings, where otherwise and for the price and the portions well worth more than your money also the atmosphere was friendly welcome great music a plus I will always eat here

Seriously the best wings you get! Great food and great owners!! Your Ranch Dressing is excellent! We tried the honey gold, the garlic, the dirty ruins, ranch, lemon pepper and Teriyaki! I really don't think you can go wrong! Let's go on until we tried! Give him a shot, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic, fingers liked good! The fried Okra and French fries and many different flavors of chicken. My darling is Honey Gold! You have other things on the menu, visit a MUST restaurant if you ever in the Peoria IL area! Fire!

When we travel, we always try to find the locally owned non franchise places to eat. And we found an AMAZING experience at Rumbergers! From the friendly greeting at the entrance, to the highly polished bar wood tables, the extraordinary staff, awesome food to the excellent Ambiance, Rumbergers is definitely worth a visit! All thumbs up! I was at the one downtown and enjoyed the promptness of waitress , clean and family friendly. Food good.
