Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Once again disappointed us red robin. we were not here for 2 years because eating was so bad, they would think that a burger place could make a big no! the first was burned almost completely black and the next was crushed so that it fell out of the bungalow that had so much sauce that it was over. I understand that the cook was crazy that I sent food back. cook it right. the waitress was great, but this place is not!

Started off ok but when we got our food that was the end of service. Waved my arms for 15 minutes to get someone's attention to get more of their so called bottomless fries. Then never got them. Had to ask for water three times. Have not been to Red Robin for quite some time. Now I remember why.

Customer service was amazing, the servers and host were very friendly and we even saw one of the waitresses walking around handing out balloons to the kids in the restaurant. The food was delicious but took a while to come out as the restaurant was very busy. We didn't take much notice of it but when our food was delivered, they apologized and said that the manager covered our meals. I feel weird not paying for our meals so I wanted to leave this review as a thank you!

The last few visits to this location have been impressive! I'm a person who hates an empty glass! This location has absolutely rocked drink refills! They have a dedicated person bring drinks and I love it! The last visits I've had fries to snack on before the actual food order arrived. Big plus as well. The service has been great. I'm glad we didn't give up on this place as we had a pretty bad visit post COVID. That seems to be the norm though so we tried it again and glad we have. My son loves the Donatos pizza! Keep up the good work!

Endless fries and rb swimming. How can they go wrong?! the personal was friendly. sa pretty fast. ordering food and drinks within a minute seat.
