PF Chang's Peoria

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Everything was great the food, the service, and the hosts accommodated our request to sit in a quieter area. We went pretty early (5:30 pm on a Friday night) so it wasn 't too crowded. The only aspect that may have been an issue was that when I checked in, the hosts didn 't have our reservation because they did not look at the OpenTable reservation list. It was a non issue as it was early, but may have been an issue if it was later and more crowded. In the future, I am going to confirm with the restaurant with any reservations I make through OpenTable.

The meal was good. The food was delicious as usual. There weren't many waiters and our waitress seemed to be stretched thin, but she was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a tasty pot of hot oolong tea, which I would recommend for a cold evening.

Great food but portions are very small for the price.

Jada offered excellent service. The Japanese Old Fashioned was a tasty twist on a classic cocktail. While I always enjoy the chicken lettuce wraps, I was disappointed to see they no longer use iceberg lettuce. The usual favorites such as pork potstickers, Mongolian beef, Chang's Spicy Chicken, and chicken fried rice were all delicious as usual.
