Our food was gross and tasted old. We didn't get all of our order. When I called to see what happened, the employee at Noodles told me the delivery person left part of our order on the counter. When I tried to get a refund from door dash for the missing item only, door dash contacted Noodles and they told door dash that everything was in the order and nothing was left on the counter. Very disappointed.

The order was good, but the food I ordered didn't come out as expected. Give me my money back.

: Unhealthy and Rude service.The soup is served in plastic bowl, which was actually melting and burnt chicken and uncooked pasta. Noodles and company is the worst noodle chainShame on chef. Rude and that omit bad energy to food. Not at all recommended for kids especially who are promoting all that for kids.

If customers are going to order pesto cavatappi, you might want to put pesto in it. Just a thought.
