KFC is went downhill over the years might as well go to Kroger's for fresh chicken

I paid for mini chocolate cakes, but when I arrived home, they were missing from my bag of food. Additionally, I found the staff to be somewhat rude.

Whenever I go to pick up my order, they never have what I ordered. It's frustrating every time! This is unacceptable.

Filthiest KFC I have seen! Disgusting!! Food was dried out and poor quality. No healthy food choices on the menu, and KFC is not improving their menu

I recently tried the plain hot wings and they were incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. However, I found the water to be unpleasant. Overall, a great experience!
