Cold Stone Creamery - Peoria

UPDATE: Went a couple nights ago with my whole family. Dominic and Emily were awesome. They quickly greeted us and offered my kiddos samples. They were cheerful and provided us with a great experience ???? Went to get my kids a treat after their dentist appointments. It was 11:30 and the door was still locked. Someone whom I assume was the manager (he was informally dressed and did not wear a name tag) finally came and opened it. I handed him my coupons and he was very obviously upset that our single scoop kids ice creams would be free. 3 ice creams and he didn't do a single one right. He put the wrong topping in one, didn't mix the second (stuck an Oreo on top and called it a day) and put maybe half a scoop in the third (more like a spoonful). Considering that when my family goes to cold Stone we typically drop $20 bucks on a couple ice creams, I don't appreciate being treated like dirt when I actually get to save some money. Service is service, whether a customer is rich, poor, or anything else. Just be nice and make people want to come back.

I have not once come to any Cold Stone's, and left unhappy, if you have, then the real problem isn't this place. This is all High-Octane pure pleasure, handed to you in a cup or cone. The shakes mixes are one of the best ways to cool off in this heat, and stand with a smile, even if its just for a few moments, those moments are well lived! I always look forward to my next visit.

I got a chocolate shake, like it size. Way too much milk, was even pointed out by another employee. I told them I wanted a new one. They said no its still good. I pretty much paid for a cup of milk.

I have NEVER had a problem with this store, until now. Went in a couple of days early and ordered ice cream sandwiches for a birthday party. The guy there did not speak clear English and could not comprehend what I was saying. I wanted 4 of each flavor; paid for them at $70.21 total. Picked them up on Wednesday around noon and took them home to find they looked like they had been thrown into the package; the first package contained 3chocolate with mini chocolate chips and one vanilla with nuts or something; the next package was all chocolate with chocolate chips; the next one was 3 chocolate with chocolate chips and 1 vanilla with sprinkles the last one contained 3 chocolate with mini chocolate chips and 1 perfect duet. I am disgusted with Cold Stone Creamery!

Worst cold stone experience. Young girl with rainbow hair..1. Rude 2.. does not get the cold stone concept. I could have mixed the ingredients better with supermarket products!!
