Brothers Family - Peoria

A real traditional diner experience. There's a big menu, reasonable prices, and specials, all in a homey and clean neighborhood favorite type of atmosphere. The fish was worth coming for as it was battered lightly and crisp but still succulent, and the warm waitstaff made the experience even better. From what I could see of the baked goods, they would be worth coming back for, although after a filling meal I just couldn't fit anything more in. I wish they'd ditch the little plastic condiment container and just plop some tartar sauce in a little metal dish or one of those little foldout paper cups. It would make for a nicer presentation too. *Star ratings based on what I expect in a diner experience.

Walked thru the door and was immediately greeted and shown to a seat by s smiling hostess. Ordered food within minutes and it arrived hot cooked perfectly in less than 5 minutes. I ordered the breakfast special of 2 bacon, 2 eggs, 2 toast, and a large portion of home style hashbrowns for $9.99. Waiter brought salsa too, and it was delicious. Overall great meal

To be honest with everyone who reads this post. This place is not the greatest at all. Lacks taste/seasoning, chicken fried steak look butchered and scrambled eggs for the kids was weak sauce. No flavor and just overall very disappointing place to enjoy breakfast. Better off going to dennys, I hop and or Peoria
