Baskin-robbins - Peoria

I went in to the store on 2-21-22 at evening time. I ordered 2 scoops in a cup and a banana split. The banana split scoops were so small, they did not go above the bottom part of the container. The scoops were much smaller than the ones in the cup. I asked a heavier set girl why the big discrepancy. She actually told me that they only use child size scoops for banana splits. I told her it was for me and I 'm an adult. Nothing on the menu indicates children 's size scoops. The scoops were much smaller than those in the cup. I couldn 't believe I paid $7.99 for that!!! The other server with huge eyelashes who had more seniority only supported the other server. I asked them to put more ice cream in the split and they refused. Baskin N Robbins are franchises and I will NEVER go to this one again. For not making it right, they have lost a customer!!!

Y'all are ridiculous. The hours on your door and Google say that you close at 10 pm, but the doors are locked at 9:10 pm when we got here and probably earlier. Change the hours if y'all gonna close that early, waste of time and gas smh. Someone in there cleaning didn't even acknowledge that the place is closed and just ignored everyone. Will not ever come here again.

Love Baskin Robin 's cappuccino blast, it 's all I ever order. It 's like an 8$drink. The girl didn 't make enough to fool the cup then gave me attitude about it when I asked her to fill it up. She said it 's at the fill line.... Ummm that little ridge about a cm from the top... OK well it 's not even filled to there. I politely asked her to fill it up being I would like to get what I paid for. Didn 't start to see her attitude until this point. She clearly was upset she didn 't make the proper amount the first time and had to make some more. The body language said it all. Hands me the drink and says here. I say ty and she turned around and walked away. Asked for her name so I could complain and she didn 't feel confidante giving it out. Well if you see this girl working at this Baskins save yourself the rudeness and incompetence.Update the manager (Bri) offered me a free drink, just to ask for her. Well the issue is she is never there or is only there for a few hours around open and of course doesn 't tell any workers or anything. I ask but they 've no idea what I 'm taking about... I work nights and don 't show up until later afternoon lol. This place is a joke and she had the balls to call me up all ask me to change my yelp review! Will the real manager of this place please stand up?! SmhUPDATE : I received a compliment on yelp I was told by Bri the manager because I won 't change my review I 'm now being told I can 't come to the store and I 'm being denied service. Lol

Young blondes working the front don't know what they are doing. My drinks were not made correctly. Not returning !
