The staff at this location has become rude and not caring at all about their customers. It’s really a shame
I don’t know if you can see it in the photo, but there is a piece of hair in my pizza. And not like it was placed on top, but it’s actually baked into the cheese. I got this order earlier today and when I looked at the pizza, I didn’t see anything I had two slices and my grandmother ate two slices And I put the rest in the fridge. I took it out the fridge the same day to eat another slice and find a hair in my pizza. My hair is a natural kinky texture and so is my grandmothers. There is a long black hair in my pizza. Don’t know if you can see it on a pic, but I am completely disgusted and will not be ordering from this pizza chain anymore. I’ve been disappointed too many times. The food is not consistent. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not and more often than not. It’s not. I will be on YouTube learning to make my own pizza from here on out and why don’t restaurants make people wear hairnets when preparing peoples food.

Terrible customer service. Cashiers are indifferent to doing their jobs correctly, and managers seem unconcerned about order accuracy or giving orders to the wrong customers. I go out of my way to visit other Barro's locations because it's not worth coming to this one.
They charged me incorrectly, then asked me to come back to the register to pay the difference, which amounted to 4 dollars instead of just comping it. Technically correct, but a really good way to earn a 3 star review. Edit: Changed to one star because of the soulless corporate form letter response
