I’m visiting Arizona from Chicago and I found this place on Instagram. I went at 8 pm to try their concha with ice cream, it says online and on the door that they close at 9 pm. They were closed way before that. Such a disappointment!

My banana Nutella milkshake was delicious! And the decor is super cute and clean. I wasn't crazy about the staff though, that's the only reason I'm rating 4 stars. The ladies there couldn't care less about the customers.

One of my favorite spots in the west valley to get Mexican desserts. Everything is made with fresh ingredients and is 100% authentic. Everything on the menu looks very appealing so it can be hard deciding on what to get. One of the employees recommended the gansito sundae and it tasted very good. They have many topping options so that's a plus. I would suggest sharing any sundae with a friend because they're petty big. The horchata latte was my favorite beverage. Aside from the Instagram worthy snacks, I was really amazed with how well the customer service is here. The staff truly believes in their products and are more than happy to serve you. Everything felt genuine and that can be rare these days.

If you're looking for a fun dessert place you've found it. I went basic and got the nutella and banana shake. It was exactly what I wanted. The buenelo nachos were so much freaking fun with all the toppings that you can go with. The chips were perfectly fried and it wasn't that old oil that you get sometimes. Try the butter pecan ice cream.
