Edge was fantastic. Beautiful restaurant, great service, and the food was delicious. My husband got the steak and I got the Japanese fusion shrimp and grits and both were amazing. I will be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Do not under any circumstance order the sirloin steak. Not sure why that cut is even offered at a restaurant trying to be more upscale. They should be offering a ribeye or a filet if anything. It was terribly cooked and the seasoning tasted burnt. It looked like a cut of meat I could pick up at Kroger. The quality of the meat was also not great. On the other hand, the sea bass my wife ordered was great. If you choose to go here stick with this. The cocktail I ordered was made by someone with zero experience. Whomever made it forgot all the ingredients (twice) and left it as bourbon on the rocks instead of a cocktail. Luckily I like bourbon, but I ordered the same drink upstairs at 12 bar and it was 100x better. This place used to be great not anymore. With chef dustin gone there is no reason to go here. The mangenent is non exsistant. The food took an hour and the three of us that ordered the sirloin (medium rare) only to find the steaks grey through and burnt. Rectifiying that took another 40 mins. by then everyone had finished their meals. When we tried to speak to the manager about this issue she seemed to hide in the kitchen, 20 minutes later she came out chewing (probably the steaks we sent back) she was sarcastic and completely unhelpful, even lying about who was cooking! The service and atmosphere were great. However the food was not. The foccacia was burnt, then both my wife and I had steak and ordered medium rare and the steak was closer to well done. You can't charge $35 for a steak and over cook it. Our waiter did refund us for one of the steaks but we likely will not be returning. It has the potential to be a great spot, they need a new chef.
