I walked a mile in the rain to dine here, and I can confidently say that I would trek five miles in a snowstorm just for a meal like this. Every aspect, from the tea to the fresh bread, was spot on. Not a single spice was overpowering; everything was in perfect harmony. This was truly one of the best meals of my life and undoubtedly the finest food I’ve had in England. I entered feeling frustrated after a sleepless night on a train but left feeling like I could take on a bear. A flawless dining experience.

As an update: despite the gaslighting response to my review, claiming that I must be mistaken about the venue (a classic move), I am certain that this is the café I visited. They could not even manage to be polite. It’s clear the owner has a disdain for people and exhibits controlling behavior. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Service: 1

The best restaurant in Cornwall is actually Polish! The portions were very generous, and the food was absolutely delicious. Here, I discovered Polish cuisine, which I wasn't very familiar with before. I will definitely revisit this place. For all these reasons, I highly recommend this restaurant and give it my highest rating. Service: Dine in.
