Saint-Germain Cafe Gallery - Penticton

This is a cafe and gallery that showcases artwork. And it has different seating areas including a nice window area. I didn't have anything to eat but tried the coffee (Americano) twice. The first time it was excellent, the second time mediocre (made by different staff).

Didn't eat, but the lattes are worth returning for! The barista is engaging and the setting is great for what's left of the downtown core.

Interesting and tasty soups and sandwiches. Come early for lunch...this place packs out almost every day. And the artwork changes regularly...all local and very talented artists show and sell their work here.

We have eaten here a couple of times. Both times we were impressed with the homemade soup. Not only are the bowls huge ($6.00) but the quality is outstanding. The cafe is modern and spotless. The staff are friendly and the art on the walls is very interesting. Well worth a try.
