Copper Mug Pub - Penticton

We were shopping and wanted to eat a short bite. I have the worst attitude of Kelly out of my way and it just got worse. We waited for over 10 minutes to be recognized and the pub was not busy. Twenty minutes later we served our drinks. In all those years I've done there, I have such a lousy service. It took a long time to come back and take our orders. We mentioned that we share two dishes, no cutlery, no side plates, and when my friend asked for coasters, Kelly snapped that she didn't know and fell a few napkins. When the Kalamari came, it was cold and greasy. I called her to send it back and get hired. She didn't ask me if she could replace it or get me something else. I tried to attract her attention to the reorders that were bare and not fresh. I asked the dark-haired bartender if there was a manager and got more attitude. She said, 'oh your Calamari order, not there is no manager.' And left. What happened to the great service? I'm not going back for quite ahile. Too bad we went every weekend and spend a lot of money. We're really disappointed.

Whether the wing nite or not, you are rarely dissapointed by eating at teh Mug. The staff is healing and attentive to all your needs. The game is always up and often you can play kareoke or trivia.

The atmosphere is always good, the food is usually always good, as was the steak sandwich lunch speciality we both enjoyed. Our server Val was great as usual. Prompt, Courteous Service. 5.

For a few beers. My husband noticed a basket of chicken wings delivered to the next table and asked the Lord how they were. He said excellent so that we went with the lemon whips. Yeah, good. Last time we shared a clubhouse and... it was also excellent. Most of the waiting staff are very friendly. Our Fave is Karmin. She is always so bubbly and knows what you want and how you want it. Kudos, Karmin. Go on.

When't there for dinner. We ordered the Bacon and Cheese Burger. Two of them came with fries or salad. The burger was homemade. And delicious!.And the service was good to!!!
