The food is excellent, very tasty and quality meats! BUT...you don't state anywhere that it is self service with the result of waiting thinking that they will take your order. From what I am reading now, in general, the employee who serves at the cash register is rude and does not like the service. We placed our order and waited for 3 straws which he did not ask us if we want paprika and extra pepper. He put them in a box where the juices were leaking from who knows what, and it only had onion and paprika in it. Disgusting and also dangerous because we might have an allergy. First foul, he didn't ask us, and second, since when does the cashier pick up food with his bare hands and take orders? It goes without saying that there is not even a trace of a lemon peel in these three straws.
