Worst food, service, and restaurant we’ve ordered from in years. Nasty! Just don’t! Save your money,

Very busy restaurant in a small steip mall located on Hwy 98 in Pensacola Fl. Wheelchair accessible parking/entrance. Long wait after order was placed. The wings were dry/overcooked, the chicken livers were undercooked and breading was soggy, the chili cheese fries had way to much chili and cheese ontop leaving the fries soggy. The chili tasted old and was cold, the ranch was really good. Over all the food was not that great and over priced.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries today that we phoned in. Arrived 20 minutes later to pickup and the guy behind the counter was sitting there staring at his phone while someone’s order was sitting in the window. He put down his phone and handled the food without washing his hands. Finally he asks me if I had an order called in. My order was the only one hanging on the board not started. I know there young people doing these jobs but they weren’t trying at all. Will not try again. Had issues previously. Done with them!!!!

I'm visiting family and had a craving for wings, but I should have just gone to the McDonald's next door. The person I spoke to over the phone was rude when I placed my order. When I arrived at the time they said my food would be ready, they had just put it in the fryer. The wings came out soggy, and the fries were completely unseasoned—just dumped into the box without any care. The medium sauce was unpleasant and overly sour, and the wings themselves tasted bland and like they had been cooked in old oil. The staff was not friendly or patient, and the restaurant was almost entirely dark, with only one light on in the kitchen. If you're looking for decent food, I suggest heading to McDonald's instead. I managed to eat four wings after adding my own seasoning, but then I had to stop. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I wouldn't risk it again.
