First visit was great. Last visit to our order was wrong. 3 different types of wings ordered. The grill and honey mustard were right. But we've made a clear order for the third. I'm home and they were hot. I called her right away, but no worries were shown.

That was very meh. Asked for boneless wings and instead got bones through mistakes. On the front of the window there are flies. From what I could see, the kitchen looked clean. The frits are so tender and the chicken is really mediocre. Fixing the problem of the fly would be great!

Being that this place is one of the few places that is actually allowed to deliver on base and I didn't feel like driving I ordered from them twice. The first order was placed on 4/15/21 7:43 pm. I ordered the regular wings and the crunch wings with fries. I was told the food would take about 45 minutes to an hour to be delivered. Food arrived at about 9:15 pm. Driver was very polite and professional. I get the food in my room and notice that they didn't give me the fries that I ordered. Didn't want to wait over an hour for them to bring them back out so I said oh well. Crunch wings were actually pretty decent, nothing special, just decent. Regular wings seemed to be undercooked and not really satisfying. Overall I was satisfied with the crunch wings and not having to leave my room for food. I placed an order again on 4/23/21. This time I ordered the crunch wings with fries, an order of fried shrimp and the funnel fries. This order was placed at 7:37 pm. Once again I was told it would be about 45 minutes to an hour to be delivered. At 9:04 I called the restaurant to find out what was going on because my food had not been delivered. I was told that 45 minutes to an hour is just what they tell everyone but my food should be delivered soon. My food finally arrived at 9:18 pm. I get the food to my room and once again they didn't include my fries. This time I called and let them know. I was told it would take about an hour for them to bring the fries or they could just give me a credit. WingZone you can keep that credit. I have no intentions of ordering from you guys again. Lesson learned.
