Wendy's - Pensacola

Good food, but nothing special about service. I had a jr bacon cheeseburger and spicy chicken bugs that they were on par high. the frost was delicious. I'll be back.

Need new management bc service at drive-thru and counter is frustrating slow now with frequent errors with my orders. until recently it was not like that. her curbside service was fast, but they also stopped providing curbside service. the long waiting times are not worth. eat much faster near and probably get with less mistakes.

I always knew wendy had great burgers, but recently I discovered how good her other food is. her spicy chicken sandwich is quite spicy and delicious. I don't know what they've done with their fries, but I prefer them over mcdonalds now. also their breakfast foods are very good. I'm going to be there almost every Saturday morning with my daughter. recommend them all their food. and it is certainly much better than mcdonald’s.

Got the New Honey Chicken sandwich from this location. Fries are great, cola is cola but the more environmentally friendly cups are a boon. The sandwich was disappointing. It's supposed to be spicy, it wasn't. Additionally it looked sloppily put together. Honestly though, it's what I expect from a fast food joint. If you look at the places I've reviewed you'll see most fast food places get three stars. This location is no different.

Made a mobile app order. When I walked in to pick it up, they took another order from the next guy, started to prepare his, not mine. I must’ve looked dumbfounded but canceled the order on the app and walked out. The app still charged my bank account and now I’ve been on hold to correct this with the 800# for well over a half hour. Not one soul has picked up the phone. Pathetic
