Taco Bell - Pensacola

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. My drive-thru order was missing an item and had the wrong meat substitute. They even forced me to download their app just to order a quesarito! If I hadn't stopped to get my app order, I might not have realized the mistakes in my drive-thru order. When I went inside to retrieve the app order, the staff member insisted that they hadn't messed up my drive-thru order and refused to give me the missing item. I ended up paying for the missing item again and left. I mentioned that I would be sharing my experience online, and she simply said she didn't care.

The food was as good as always. The service was outstanding; the manager even replaced part of my meal when I decided to order something different because I wasn't in the mood for the 7-layer burrito (which is basically just a tortilla with refried beans).

I ordered Taco Bell over the weekend and, in the past, I had a great experience at the Davis Highway location in Pensacola, FL. Unfortunately, my recent visit was nothing short of terrible. I was with my family and we all ordered combo meals. My daughter requested the Nacho BellGrande without the crunchy tacos, my son ordered the Mexican Pizza with no tomatoes and Crunchy Dorito Tacos, while my husband got two Crunchwraps, one of which was a combo and included crunchy tacos, both without tomatoes. However, when our food arrived, everything was covered in tomatoes, and the tacos looked incredibly sad. Honestly, we could have gone to a Mexican restaurant where we could enjoy unlimited chips and salsa for less than what we paid at Taco Bell.

This particular Taco Bell has ALWAYS gotten my orders correct and it's got the 3 F's every time! ALWAYS fresh, fast and friendly!!! 10/10 recommend

What's not to love??!!!! update 9/23:::: just stopped in for a quick bite and man am I glad I did. this location is pretty good as long as u get there prior to a quarter hour of closing lol I've sat in drivethru for several minutes with no one taking myorder.... so they must've already had everything cleaned and didn't wanna do it again lol all in all, good spot!
